Mass Delete current non-meta relevant Pokémon

Meta only, never IVs: deletes any Pokémon that isn’t competitively relevant anywhere — not in Great, Ultra, or Master League, and not in raids — based on the rank cutoffs and CP cap below. A species (or any of its later evolutions) only needs to clear the cutoff in one of those to be spared, and once it does, every catch of it is spared too, regardless of that catch’s own IVs — this tab has no opinion on IVs at all. Anything at or above your CP cap is always kept, and so is everything checked in the categories and whitelist below, regardless of rank.
